Fair play. Good win. Not easy to play against a team who quite literally put 10 men behind the ball. The ticky tacky whatever football around the edge of the box was pissing me off big time though. Just ****ing shoot you helmets. The keeper's gonna spill it.

Also, and I dont care about his 2 goals, Welbeck is a dispicable player. Another horrendous miss.

Was getting so pissed off with the little flicks and all that crap.
 
Went out last night and missed this but even got bored during the highlights. Baines did look good though. I'm made up for the lad and everything but if he keeps Gashley out of the team against the Polskis then January is going to be tortuous.

i'm not saying it's easy scoring against a team who parks the bus, but netherlands put 11 past them. i doubt san marino went gun ho looking for a victory in that game
 
Welbeck reminds me of Andy Cole in the way that they played in top class sides that will provide countless chances for them, but they'd score 1 in about 8 chances.
 

One of my mates was at the game last night and the bloke sat next to him asked him why a South American country was in our qualifying group. FFS!
