He's a good manager, kept Coventry up for years, despite selling their best players. Was unwanted by Celtic fans because he's not a Celtic fan or ex Celtic player, despite this he won 3 league titles in a row. Martin "the messiah" O'Neil couldn't do this, only Jock Stein had managed it in Celtic's history. He also managed them to the knock-out stages of the Champions League. Martin "the messiah" O'Neil couldn't mange that. Despite spending tens of millions.

Sadly I work in Coventry and the man is hated. Spent massive bucks on Robbie Keane and two Moroccans I cant remember the name of and sold Dion Dublin to their city rivals and promptly got them relegated.

Walked out in Southampton when it started to go wrong

The only club he hasn't ruined is Celtic. Thats nigh on impossible.
