To be honest Baines is never gonna replace Ashley Cole and I think that Gibbs will be drafted into replace him as he plays for one of the preferred London sides, I can see Jags struggling to get a game when Bolton’s Cahill inevitably moves in the summer... Bet villa regret flogging him now.
I don’t think they will ever be anything more than squad players, I would like to see EFC players starting for England but the risk of them getting injured as squad players I would prefer them not to be called up.

Jagielka was poo at Right Back, and not much better in the first half anyway.
Baines was hardly in the game, 2nd half at least.
Lescott looks like a liability when it comes to tackling.
England were suh-weet going forward in the first half, Ashley Young was immense.
Gareth Barry was great for the first time since March 2008.
Scott Parker looks like a Thunderbird.
Jack Wilshere has a snotty little face I would love to lamp.
Joe Hart has a Leon Osman-esque domehead.
Andy Carrol is not the next Duncan Ferguson because Dunc could head a ball.
Gyan is a monster, SO what we need right now.

No mate, i don't believe or stand for any of the values of being 'British'. Just because i was born on a patch of land that someone named 'Britain', i don't think i should have to call myself it, even though technically i am. I don't stand for anything that is English, British or anything. I'm a Liverpool lad and i believe that Liverpool, although yes it is an English city, has people who feel as far a way as being English as anyone in the country.
Oh and i did put my national identity as 'Scouse' on the census, but then that was a pi$$take coz the whole census thing is a joke anyway.

It's an awesome stadium isn't it. I've been lucky enough to go a few times now and it still takes my breath away, great place to watch a game of footy (as long as you take your own snacks..)
