The rain, it raineth every day
Are we all ready for an end to end, thrill a minute game, as England build up to their gallant quarter final loss in the Euros ?

Shocked I am that 'Trent' is playing.

 

One of the pundits said it’s a master stroke by Gareth to have dropped Trent so he would play well for his club then be the main man for the euros? Wow.
 
Several years ago I'd have been ready, in an England shirt, with a beer and bag of crisps, maybe with some mates around. I'd have known the entire squad and would have pondered the team selection.

Perhaps its my age, perhaps its disillusionment with football, perhaps I stopped following because more and more games were robbed by the evil BT/Sky axis to sell to the dribbling fools who used to get it free, but today I can't even picture half of the players and am not even going to try to see if its on TV (free to air tv).
