Mrs S has decreed that we need, absolutely NEED, wood floor downstairs. I hate laminate so am considering engineered stuff. Does anyone know of a company who supplies it at a decent price?

We got a wood floor in the kitchen, looked great until we had a leak from the dishwasher then it lifted in one corner so have to re-lay it. We got our wood donated from the in laws old house so not sure of the cost unfortunately.
