Fernandes (he is only just 21, failing that, Anichebe)
Arteta vs Notlob (beauty!!!!)

I know Fernandes has only been with us for half a season and he was injured for a few weeks, I think he has contributed quite a bit, and shown he is just what we need in the team, whereas we can live without Vaughn/Anichebe if AJ is playing.

Are you lot on crack?

all this voting for fads goal against charlton, its a good goal but I'll be honest I don't think he meant that flick over the defender...

nobody voting for the superb AJ finish against the [Poor language removed], what short memories you all have.

what was he trying to do if he didnt intend the flick? it was just perfect control, in a pressure situation to win the game at the death.

darren bents left foot effort from inside our area that went out for a throw to us in his half wasnt intended though.

I have to agree with you. I don't think it's an intended flick as well. It looks like the ball spin over the defender head from a miscue shot from nowhere.

I guess it's the process of team improvement and rebuilding. The whipping boys use to be weir, davies, kilbane, bent etc. As our team playing staff gets better in terms of quality, thoes with less ability will be next in line to be criticise. It's all normal reaction to higher expectation. Give neville or hibbert to wigan or fulham and their fans will be happy all season.
