Why is @bizzaro playing the race card in here?

Disgraceful @GrandOldTeam.

You need to pipe down and get back to preparing for that job interview - continuing the legacy of Brendan Rodgers.

That other big headed qweg who knows 'everything' about football. Just like you and your match previews.

@moutsgoat

FYI. Lukaku was lazy early in the season. He said as much himself due to not being fully fit.

We're colour blind here.

I know I'm supposed to make clear choices; give me a few more weeks

Player: Jagielka, Lukaku, or McCarthy
Young Player: Lukaku or Stones
Goal: clearly Jagielka, but McCarthy vs United was very nice

Player of the season: Romelu Lukaku. Without his goals, we were relegated this season.

Young player: John Stones. Singlehandedly shored up our kamikaze defence, dragging Jagielka back into some semblance of form as he did so.

Goal of the season: Either Jagielka's equaliser at the RS, or Lukaku's tap-in at West Ham after Mirallas danced around four players and offered the ball on a plate, putting us ahead despite being a man down.

I'd forgotten about this goal and amazing match. I agree with your choices.

i'd pick stones for both awards tbh. lukaku's been okay, but largely annoymous in a hell of a lot of games (through no fault of his own) - but stones, for one so young has been the rock of our leaky back 5. as soon as he comes back in we're actually looking a more sound defensive unit. amazing for someone so young, been showing up the more experienced players.
mirallas is another candidate for me, think he's been brilliant. people always talk about lack of consistency but look at the amount of goals he's scored from the wing. if that isn't consistency, what is?

jagielka was so abysmal for the first 3rd of the season, he shouldn't get POTY imo. he was worse than distin who took the bullet so to speak.

how can the POTS who qualifies for YPOTS only win POTS? I didn't get this about kane getting it over hazard for the league one.

Stones, Lukaku, Jagielka

Think Stones has genuinely been our best player this season. Lukaku second best, and obviously still qualifies as 'young' player of the season.

Can't Stones just win both?
