Frank Rijkaard? Was hot property at Barca and not heard anything of him recently always thought he would walk into another top job.
Also keeping with the Dutch theme Ruud Gullit.
Wondered about him so looked him up. This was under his last club (some random russian team) on wiki
"Gullit was sacked by the club on 14 June 2011, having only won 3 games as manager. The club also said Gullit had a "party lifestyle"."
Maybe he was a bit too much in to living the high life.
