Encountering problems purchasing evertonTV's pre-season live coverage package

Player Valuation: £225k
I've tried paying for the full pre-season package @ £18.99 but after I press the confirm payment button nothing happens?! I've contacted them by e-mail and they say that there has definitely been no transaction... I've pressed the confirm payment button on 4 different occasions to try and make the payment received page pop up. Has anyone else encountered problems when trying to purchase this?

P.S. I'm using a Macbook Air with Safari and Firefox browsers installed.
 

Close thread moderator. I've sorted my own problem out! I didn't enter any information for address line 2. Doh!
