What an embarrassment that any club in the FA CUp Final can't sell all of their seat allocation.

Not just Wigan but ****ey!!!!!

Wigan probably never had that many supporters and ****ey supporters probably think they are too good for it?

Either way, very bad that our major cup final is not a sell out (unless they are all inside buying pies?
 

A lot of the seats are taken up by hospitality ****s, and due to the time of the match if it goes to extra time there's no trains back up North. Can't blame supporters who don't want to risk having to pay out for a hotel.

so by your reckoning! if say somone like crawley or even a non league team get to the cup final they would be an emarrassment becouse they dont have the fan base!!!
 
Quite frankly Crawley would not get too the FA cup final!!!!

The seats I refer too are not in a place that are classed as hospitality, and by my reckoning yes they would be embarrassed that they can't sell their allocation just as the premiership clubs would be embarrassed that a non league team got to the final!

Our fan base can only be 30000 as that is our average gate taking way the away support and yet for a final we could fill it on our own.

Not only is the Wigan end showing lots of red seats but so is ****ey and they have a large fan base?
 

Late kick off and stupid prices defo put people off. Been to quite a few prem stadiums and some knock spots off wembley. Overpriced tickets, over priced shops inside with not enough for the amount of people it holds with arrogant staff etc etc etc......

TV dictating when our final is played does not help!!!!!

All in all a crap experience for the armchair supporter and will be interesting to see the viewing figures compared to a 3 o'clock kick off?

Both teams sold their allocations.
 
It's the same every year.

And this gets talked about every year.

The row in the middle is mainly hospitality seats. They always, always seem to take longer to get to their seats and back to their seats after half time.

The attendance today was just over 86k. Wembley holds 90k.

I don't get the problem really.
 

Like Brennan said allocations were sold out. Only difference is the demand. Everton fans would have taken all spares.
 
The fact is the fa cup has been devalued by having the semis also at Wembley. I bet a lot of people who went the semi just couldn't afford the final. Disgusting prices for football these days. £45 to watch Norwich, madness!

As mentioned both teams sold their allocations. I bet a lot of those empty seats you could see where corporate and hospitality seats that people didn't take up. I got offered a ticket for free the night before by someone who is an accountant for a client who is connected to Budwesier but I couldn't be arsed to go
