You know the drill....get home late starving after a long day/week at work and you've been thinking about what you're going to eat when you get in. It gets served up and you instantly know it's a 'panic' dinner...thrown together when the adverts are on between whatever crap she's been watching on TV and she's just realised you're almost home.
Couple of weeks ago I got a stir fry (more like a pasta-in-pot thing) with microwave sausages cut up and salted peanuts. She called it Malaysian stir fry...and it wasn't even stir-fried.
Previously, some years ago, she made liver and oranges in gravy....she knew the stuff that went with liver and gravy began with an 'O' bless her.
Anyone else suffer the same rapid-meal disasters served by someone keeping a straight face?
This smells a bit like Mick this if I’m honest
