Sounds like the f**ker was drunk who hit him. He's held on suss, so yeah. [Poor language removed] will get 6 weeks tops, reduced to 3. They didn't mention the poor man's age: probably in his 80's.

Not a single mention of being drunk in the story and not a single mention of his age, but you assume he was drunk and the fella was 80.
