No escape for him this time. 23 hours a day in solitary confinement, 1 hour a day to walk around a tiny pen like a dog. Armed guards outside all over the place. This is a massive prize for the US. Likely never be allowed any visitors. He's going nowhere.

Until some governor goes missing or El chapo needs transporting to a new place for 'medical' reasons

Nar with the US having him it probably is end game for him, there's a lot of money and power in his world and I'd imagine someone else has already stepped in his shoes
