I know there's a lot more to football finances than net spend when you factor wages etc but it's a decent enough indication of investment on the field.
2014/15 +£30,965,500
2015/16 +£27,400,000
2016/17 +£25,950,000
2017/18 +£52,500,000
Would be interesting to see how that compares to the rest of the league. Apparently in the summer Huddersfields spent £38.9m, Watford £36.7m and West Brom £32.1m.
We're spending money, but the likes of the below you regularly see would appear to be pretty misleading and backs up Koeman's comments early in August...
