As for Uruguay they've got 13 points out of 11 games and are currently 6th out of 9. They'll need one hell of an improvement to even get to 2014.

They drew with switzerland and were mostly outplayed by scotland only to be saved by them crumbling under the pressure and missing a penalty and then a dodgy referee got them past a game vs spain where spain were by far the superior side and scored two legitimate goals that weren't counted?
