The ECHO has published a response to the 'accusations' that they are biased towards Liverpool FC over Everton and regarding their unbalanced coverage.

They need to have another meeting with supporters because that last one seems to have been a complete waste of time. This time do a public one where people can say what they want and really air their grievances to their face. And no more "we're just editing the audio for a week and please don't post you own recordings on social" rubbish either.

If that happens then hopefully everything can move forward.

Interesting that they feel the need to do this really, looks like a nerve has been hit and they don't like how it portrays them.

I'd stopped taking notice of the Echo years ago and rarely look at their website never mind buy the thing, revenues obviously suffering though with this campaign if they feel the need to explain themselves.

I've said 'YES' purely because I have to buy it really. I need it for my degree from time-to-time and I pick it up for my Grandad. Although I use the web version if I can avoid buying it.

Pay little attention to their Everton coverage though. Very little good content on there for us.
