The biggest day of the year for sweaty gamer nerds like myself is upon us, once again. For those who don't know the Electronic Entertainment Expo is an annual conference for videogames, where typically, the biggest and most exciting releases of the coming year (and beyond) are announced and playtested. Often consoles are announced too, which is something that could happen this year. It's for industry people only, but thanks to the magical power of the interwebs, we can tune in too.

I used to be, but post-Wii they've been ripping up my good childhood memories piece by piece.

I'm hoping and praying for some quality 3DS game announcements. Mine's been gathering dust of late.

Yeah well I sold my Wii this Christmas because I could see that it was dying a slow and painful death. Excited to see what the Wii-U brings though!

I went right off Assasin Creeds but this one looks proper beast.

When did you go off it and why? Monster.

I absolutely love it, but Revelations was a disappointment. It was kind of crap really, in comparison to the others.

As you said, though, this one looks a beast. So many new features, and I'm glad they've brought back riding horses. That was one of the biggest disappointments of Revelations, I used to enjoy a good canter.

Weird conference that, very uneventful. Only one of two titles peaked my interest.. the rest of the stuff? Meh.
