For all you gaming nerds out there, this is the biggie! It is for me anyway -- I frigging love E3.
Microsoft's press conference should be starting in around 25 minutes:

Apparently they've prematurely shot their load and accidentally released a few details already; it looks like Halo 4 is on the way. I'm a massive Halo fan, but with Bungie not at the helm I'm sceptical. Anyway, it should be an entertaining watch. Assuming it's not all Kinect-based like it was last year... that was less entertaining and more excruciating.
Other than that, Sony have theirs in about 8 hours -- although I doubt I'll be up at 1 am watching that one... and Nintendo have theirs tomorrow around about this time. Nintendo's should be interesting, with this "Project Cafe". A proposed route back into the hearts of the hardcore is something I hope comes to fruition, as a past Nintendo fanboy.
