E Ciggies

I started a thread on these just after I started on them about feb/march
They work for me haven't had a proper cig for more than 3 months
It costs me a tenner for 3 bottles of the juice (aniseed flavour it's boss) from the shop that is at the top of breck road
And I've saved an absolute fortune in that time
If you want to pack in they do help

Its the cost for me mate. Never been that fussed about the health thing for some reason, but with only Mrs R working atm, it has to go one way or another.

It will be worse for you in the end than normal ciggies, mark my words.. Untried and untested. There's no way all those chemicals just come out as water vapour..

Unless the body takes them all in that is! :O

To be honest, not that fussed. £4 every 10 days instead of £50 a week, (feel awful typing that ffs), is my motivation.

I've just given up. Day 13. Cold turkey. It's not as hard as I thought, it is pure will power and refusing to back down to the pangs.

I did think of using an e-cig, but then thought its expensive and I am still taking in nicotine and that's the drug I need to stop using.

Be stubborn! Go for it!

Fair play mate. Good luck. Tried that way myself so know how hard it is.

I'm trying to stop but am stuck on these nicotine mints. Been on them for about a year now. Only really smoke now if i'm on the ale and even then not all the time. If I could get off these mints and just have a cig now and again id be happy.

I have found giving up ciggies very simple; I have done it hundreds of times.

Seriously though, the minute I get into an early morning run routine (which does happen!), my ciggie 'consumption' drops to near zero. I tend to smoke a lot when reading this forum...I guess it makes me fume lol

worked great for me

took about 3/4 months

depends on the individual I guess, I don't use them anymore, but......I don't smoke cigs anymore either
