Anyone using them? I'm enjoying it, after being a heavy smoker. Actually, I still smoke because I'm like James Dean (ie I'll die early)

Hate the chumps who get into the whole 'scene' thought

Surely though, water vapour can be more harmful to your lungs?

I use them. FINs are excellent. N-Joys are garbage. SmokeTips are decent.

I used one to give up & it worked a treat. After trying literally every other smoking cessation aid there's ever been, the e-cig was a total winner. It'd thoroughly recommend anyone who seriously wants to give up buying one

An e-cig produces water vapour instead of smoke. The vapour contains nicotine so that you get your fix, but nicotine isn't harmful in itself & neither is water vapour, so it's a harmless alternative to smoking
