Dumb bell exercises

4 exercises. 3 sets each. 8-10 reps for bulk with heavy stuff, 12-15 to tone with middling weight. All for one muscle group.
Start off low to get form right.

This is very good sound advice, you can google exercises to get an idea on what you should do and always isolate the muscle your working on since bad form won't get you anywhere fast
