Drink Driving/Breastfeeding in an Automated Car

If/when automated, driverless cars become standard, should the "driver" be allowed to;

A) Drink when the car is in motion
B) Breastfeed when the car is in motion

I'm fairly sure the automated car will have an automated teet for both baby and driver to suckle on. It will have moloko plus in it.
