The advantage we have is that City & Chelsea, by & large, don't elevate youth to first team level as much as us. You join them, you're far more likely to be farmed out somewhere random on a season long loan.

For us, our big draw is that we do elevate, that there is a clear pathway to the 1st team squad. For prospective signings not being driven by money, this is a major advantage.
