He seems a very promising young manager. If what is being said above about his current yearly salary effectively now being his monthly one is true, practically an impossible one for him to turn down.

Think a few people might want to ask whether or not they would consider changing jobs if someone offered them 12 times the amount they are currently being paid.

The money looks the reason on the face of it though, doesn't initially seem as though Bolton offer a more attractive promotion prospect.
 


Bolton have some good players and are obviously a lot stronger financially, can completely understand why he went there. (& the increased salary I guess)
 
Bolton are supposed to be in all kinds of debt.

If they are in a stronger position than Palace then christ knows what sort of schtuck they must be in.
 
They owe millions.

We owe nothing. (but we have nothing until Zaha is inevitably sold.)

Good luck to him. He was great when he was with us as both player and manager. It's football, move on, nothing to see here.
