Ah that old classic argument. You can't judge the results of something unless you can do the job better yourself is that it?
I can only imagine how hard that way of thinking makes your life. You know nothing about plumbing so you hire a plumber, who does know about such things, but when the plumber mucks up and floods your basement you think "hey I'm not a plumber, I don't know how to plumb, maybe that's how it's meant to be" and you pay him anyway and just live in a wet house.
And then you need wiring done and again you're not an electrician so you hire someone who did learn that, you buy their expertise with your money and in the end he does a crap job too and the wires dangle in the water and electrocute and kill your pets. So you think, "Hey I know nothing about wire, maybe thats not how ideal but hey it's not like I know how to do any better and this way I save money on food."
And then you go out for a meal, to drown your sorrows. And you ask for something really complicated because you're not much of a cook and you're paying for someone who is an excellent cook to make meals for you. But when the meal comes it's half raw and you get food poisioning. And you think about complaning but "hey you couldn't cook it either, who are you to judge what he did wrong? You don't even know what he should have done instead just that the food isn't right and since you know nothing about how to cook meals so it's not your place to complain".
I pity you man, living in your underwater house with food poisoning and dead animals. But I also want you to hire me as a job.
Because what I do is I fix electrical equipment used in scientific experiments. And if one of my bosses wanted a piece of equipment fixed and I fixed it wrong so that it didn't work properly and he complained, I couldn't reply by saying that he couldn't do a better job himself so he should shut up. Because in the real world people understand that the ability to do a job isn't related to the ability to tell if the job has been done properly.
