saw the image of the queue for tickets. it's utterly embarassing. it was literally packed of young girls, what would they find so interesting?

it would have genuinely lolled if they didn't bring him on. all those girls would have paid that money (or taken up a lot of their time if they didn't have to pay) to watch a football match they couldn't care less about. i genuinely don't get it, i'm 25 and i love rihanna like, and thought women were hot when i was in my young teens, but you wouldn't see me near a baseball game just because rihanna was going to get 5 mins at 1st base.

A bit of a gimmick, raised money for a childrens hospice though, and raised the profile of the club.

It wasn't like they played him in a first team match or anything, can't see why it'd bother anyone that much. A big event for One Direction fans and the media. A non-event for football fans.

Donny are laughing, so what a couple of quid a ticket goes to charity, but all those screaming girls who want to get their Louis Donny merch, and pay £40 a pop for it, they'll happily take that, fair play to them, they've seen an opportunity, and taken it.

Donny get a tidy windfall of a hundred of so shirts sold, plus food supplies, and they're laughing to the bank for doing nothing except hosting a game they'd of had to anyway, that's an easy way to make £10k+
