are they mans best friend or have they gone too far in existing only for their owners to boast about on social media , foul our pavements and occasionally chew off the face of a poor child while owners blame other owners rather than the creature??

....I’ve been minding my daughters French Bulldog lots of late. He looks like butter wouldn’t melt in his mouth, but this morning he killed a sparrow in the garden.

Dog’s aren’t dangerous. Dog owners are dangerous.

No, most Staffys are very loving and friendly and are a great dog to own, just the few that have utter plebs for an owner that treat them badly and want them to be aggressive. Staffords are also pretty mild in terms of how aggressive dogs can be, if you are going to ban them then there are others that should go first imo such as some of those huge Mastiff breeds that nobody needs to own

but some dogs , let us call them semi automatic machine guns , are more dangerous than other dogs , let us call them colt .45s, so is it not a sensible discussion to say the semi automatic machine guns ( staffordshire bulldogs ) should be destroyed and banned and we permit colt .45 ( french bulldog ) so people are not denied of their dog companionship buddy??

I don't think any dog should be banned but i do think think there should be levels of ownership and a certain amount of experience required before you can own certain breeds. There are already a fair few breeds banned in UK, another thing which adds to it is that the Police are able to use Belgian Shepherds which are a breed banned for ownership in the UK.

so the authorities that keep us safe should be allowed staffordshire bulls and ordinary citizens should reasonably have them CRUSHED??
