Doesn"t get the credit he deserves

That was my thought Bruce too but it is probably a fair comment that Howard often doesn't get the praise he deserves. He made a few stops today (and other days) which could have made this a very different game.
 

I don't think its a vintage period for keepers, no one in the premier league is in the Southalls, Schmicheals level.

If you look at the teams above us and their keepers:

Cech
Hart
Mignolet
Schezney

Are any of them considerably better than Howard? I don't think so
 
i have never understood the criticism for Howard.

He makes a mistake or two here and and there however if you were following 80 - 90% of other teams as closely as you do everton you would realize that we don't have it all so bad.
 
He will make the rare mistake,but for me people just want to blame him for so much more than what he has done,great keeper
 

Does nothing all game and will make a couple of boss saves. People don't understand how hard that it to do. Just like Valdes.
