Don't want to sound bitter (even though I suspect I may be) but it seems a cheap price to pay and changed the game in my opinion.

He had stated that their was minimal contact and would have to watched the handball again.

Sorry mate, still can't see what 8k has got to do with buying a penalty...?

He's intimating that Brenda's 8k fine recently for slating officials essentially 'bought' them the penalty yesterday, i.e. he puts pressure on them moaning they get no decisions, then viola the very next game they get as soft a penalty as you'll ever see.

I don't think it's the case personally, but you'd rarely see a penalty like that given to a smaller club.
