What's not to like about working 8am to 4pm, flex time if needed? I also get to drink good & great wine for free at work, restaurants & bars, and travel to wineries we represent in California, France, Australia, New Zealand.............................all free of charge!

Both. It is worth putting up with big pecs and delts though, since it's generally only the girls who need IT help.

Visited one in the dorms just after the summer to help with her iMac - she stood around in a towel moisturising her legs the entire time.

Don't even get me started on the school's gym.

Where do you work and how do we all get jobs there lar

I'm the purchasing manager of a wine agency for our British Columbia operation. I'm based in Edmonton, Alberta. I have no plans on vacating this position for anyone!!

I love my job.

I get to eat in great restaurants, drink nice wine, attend Happy Hours and drink cocktails all free of charge.

I get to travel all over the US and occassionally I do a bit of work.

All in all though, we're a small company, I report into the CEO and he's a cool guy - we argue sometimes like a married couple, but we get through it and continue to make money - so life is good!

I like what I do, the physicality, the hands on doing stuff with an end product, but after 46yrs the actual going and being there, well the novelty has worn off just a tad.

It's honest work they say, hard work never killed anybody, well hello ....check the cemetary.

If 'work' was that good....

and I mean proper work in a factory on a line, laying bricks in the cold or the sun, lifting that barge toting that bail, where take home pay means exactly that, you have to take it home, coz you can't afford to go anywhere else on the pittance they give you...

All they do is give you enough to allow you to come back next week and do it again.

And don't even get me started on any of this sit on your a*se all day in front of a screen, It might be boring but work it is not....or even better, working from home sh*te.

If work WAS THAT GOOD, all the lords and ladies, the millionaires, the billionaires would be all over it like a rash

WORK IS SH*TE....and I am unanimous on this

I get poor pay, poor conditions, poor allowances, poor management, get verbally abused daily, sometimes physically attacked, have to enter properties where drug paraphenalia could be rife and am genuinely and realistically at risk of harm everyday............I love my job though.
