I actually used to bite my toe nails as well as my finger nails.

Given that I now get out of breath fastening my shoe laces I can only conclude that I used to be amazing.

I've tended to find that those brought up in working class families by and large don't exhibit these types of behaviour. Public school educated, silver spoon born seem to a lot more. See ex Prime minister and pig as an example.
