Do you believe everything you read online?

Just today one of my 'friends' on facebook is circulating a '28th amendment' as gospel truth. I pointed out to her that the US Constitution only has 27 amendments .

People are so gullible.

I tend to check several different places before believing something.

I work in a school here, and one of the things they teach them when researching is that youhave to find 3 independent sources to use anything in an essay/article/debate.

Tbh personally I'd believe anything on the Observer website before anything I read in print in The Sun. But to be really sure you have to compare a source with your own observations over a period of time before you can place your trust in it.
