so the fella that got the rights for 'The Peoples Club' was from KEIOC ?

so as an Evertonian he thought it better for him to hold the trademark than the club itself, and thus stifle any income that they may get from it ? He'll no doubt be livid every transfer window at lack of signings.

We should just use an unofficial emblem instead. I suggest the Hibbert family crest, I haven't seen it but I imagine it to be a massive shoe with the immortal words "WELL IN LID" underneath.
