Do EFC Exist ???

Hello fellow Blues.
I am deeply frustrated at the way EFC is continually disregarded and ignored by local tourist organisations, businesses and publications. Mersey Ferries and John Lennon Airport to name but two.
I am considering setting up a NAME AND SHAME website siting examples to expose these bodies. Then at least we could vote with our feet when it comes to dealing with this issue.
I would welcome any advice especially relating to legal matters etc:-

Im sure they have to ask the club to do that and vice-versa in terms of the name on the tourists stuff etc.

And if not, LCC have a massive say in the tourist board and how they want to be represented...and Liverpool FC are the global brand.

Wouldn't surprise me at all. A street vendor had Everton's legal team tied down for months until they submitted a while back.

Our club are run by bottom feeders in the world of commerce.

When I was there I went to the transportation authority building and I did find a brochure telling me what bus I had to take from the city center to get to goodison. So there.

Can you fill us in with what that's about? I've kind of heard little bits here and there but not really sure what went on.

I came from the Blueroom (official Everton forum) and am glad I found yous lot...the Blueroom is infantile nonsense, mostly.

Basically the owner of this site has been asked several times by lawyers representing the club to not allow users to have anything containing the official club crest as their display picture.

Just seen your reply, mate...that is awful. I bet there's already been loads of threads about it, but I just wanna add that is treating the fans like shyte.

The emblem belongs to the fans, not the suits. At least, that is how it should be.

We should just use an unofficial emblem instead. I suggest the Hibbert family crest, I haven't seen it but I imagine it to be a massive shoe with the immortal words "WELL IN LID" underneath.
