Anything would be an improvement on how it's done now. The only problem being, it's taken them so long to get the goal line technology in, God only knows how long it would take for something like this to be enforced.

Goal-line tech requires the right level of highly-sophisticated technology to be reliable enough to be used in professional football. A diving review panel would just be some blokes watching a TV - just like the dubious goals panel. They could start this today with the existing camera setups.
