Hi Everyone,

Hopefully you're all still keen to take part in a charity shark dive.
Just in case you've forgotten, it's in aid of KidsCan, the children's cancer research charity.

We've just booked in a new dive date - Saturday 7th December!

Believe it nor not, we're still offering this amazing challenge for FREE!
There is a sponsorship target, but we'll help you raise it however we can.

If you would like to sign up, please visit this link - http://tinyurl.com/KCSharkDives

And as ever, if you have any questions, please ask away now!
Best wishes,

KidsCan

Its a noble cause mate, and i do truely applaud you for raising funds for this deserving charity.

These,s kids need all the help we can provide and rest assured i will register a donation of whatever i can afford mate.

But here lies my problem, i really dont feel comfortable weather it be family, friends, or casual acquiantances who stick a

sponsorship card in your face by using a charity to tug on your heartstrings so you basically fund their lifes dream of a sharkdive, a skydive, a bikeride through Cuba, a climb of Kilamanjaro etc.

Oh and if theres any change left from my amazing FREE trip, i,ll give to said Charity.

A great cause, best of luck.

You will need to let people know that the sharks aren't playing on an empty stomach though.

Don't worry, they're very well fed!

I see where you're coming from, but today it's a lot harder to persuade people to part with their hard earned money.
People are happy to make a donation, but when it comes to sponsored events, it has to be something where there is an element of danger or a lot of training is involved.

People essentially want something for their donation. i.e. the knowledge that someone is going to put themselves into a large tank of potentially dangerous sharks for 30 minutes or they will run a half marathon.
It's no longer just sponsoring someone because they want to support the charity unfortunately.

But, it really should be about supporting the Charity, not feeding adrenlin junkies ego,s.

It's also a great challenge for people to help them conquer their fears. Not necessarily adrenalin fueled. You're not going very far, very fast. You are on the other hand, in a large tank with very large sharks, with many rows of teeth!

If i can watch them conquer their fears through a glass panel, while stroking a white cat.

Then i,m in mate*

People signing up get two spectators free!
There is also a huge viewing gallery although I'm not sure they'll let you bring a cat into the aquarium.
Toy cat's should be fine.

If you can find someone who would like to dive, I'm sure they would be happy for you to come along to "support them"
