Thread for people to talk about Sylvain's future career and milk round.
...

Sounds like someone who loved the club and felt betrayed when wanting to move in the twilight of his career for games...

In any case he can help bring mings on at bournemouth and enjoy his time on the coast...can see him being a liability for them unless they defend very deep.

As if you'd be arsed having pot shots at the club after retiring on the millions of quid in wages he banked? He was denied a handful of games for West Ham. Boo hoo.

Classy stuff.

Think it will show itself in no time as he takes the Bournemouth dressing room down.

No mistake. Mark my words.

Mark them well !!!!!!!

He is going to knock someone out when he plays us
Will be interesting to see how he handles Lukaku and/or Kone. And also to see if there's any sign of animosity between him and Martinez. But I do hope that he gets the warm reception from the Goodison crowd that he deserves - was a great player for virtually his entire time with us IMHO.

For me, the Distin situation is a case of mind over matter

I don't mind that he's gone because it doesn't matter

We're no worse off for losing him

Hopefully he's found what he was looking for
We are worse off, he was the a better defender than people have him credit for, if he was ten years younger people would have wet themselves.

I think it's better to give the chance to guys like Browning and Galloway when CB spaces open up than relying on an aging Distin

I wasn't happy to see him go or anything, but if we bring in Virge and hold on to Stones, we'll be set for CB alongside the younger lads and Jags

would like an experienced player of his ilk in the squad, obviously it won't be him as something went on one way or the other, also I'm not really convinced jags can form a partnership with anyone that isn't tall, black and left footed, Stones is incredibly good, but him and jags just don't seem to gel
