Dissertation Proposal

Hi all, I have a dissertation proposal due in a couple of weeks and am in need of some help !!
The subject is Building Surveying and so has to be construction related.
However, i would like to do the dissertation on my beloved Everton and am trying to link the two together.
Does anybody have any good ideas or research topics, everton related or otherwise?

Potential redevelopment of GP and the issues relating to it, local housing, planning opposition etc etc.

Loads of potential for a good piece of work mate.

'How to solve a problem like Goodison Park? How state-of-the-art construction technologies could help to redevelop Goodison Park'

Sounds great, very contemporary, and trying to shoe-horn a state of the art stadium into the current footprint would be a tremendous achievement. You never know, the club may even buy into it if it's a good piece of work!

Start by designing a rapid mass transit railway station for any future stadium

and faces on the trains, one on this would see it come to fruition...
