Dilemma! Help!

Mercedes customer service was first class when I had one, top drawer service.
I wish I could say the same mate cause I had my heart set on an a class. I don't know if I caught them at a time where they where overly busy but they put me right off with their attitude! I know I may be being overly sensitive but if I'm going to spend a lot of money (to me) then I at least expect some decent customer service.

I've got a blue a class, looks good with the everton mini shirt in the back....

the cheapest company car's on my policy were a choice of bmw 1 series, audi small car or a-class (there was a prius but I didn't fancy that), i could get cruise control in the a-class where as the others made it a lot more expensive.

Collision assist in the a-class has saved my ass at least three times. it knows the traffic on the motorway is stopped before you realise it and it goes BEEP BEEP BEEP. You jam on the anchors and holy **** that was close!

I find watching the road comes in handy in situations like these.

On topic: get a Jag.

I bought my wife a new A Class about ten years ago, automatic, top of the range with every extra bell and whistle. It certainly wasn't cheap but she has had no troubles with it and it's still going strong. No problem in recommending one, but most cars have similar functions, quality, etc etc these days so it's all down to personal choice....

That's not really a dilemma dear.

Off topic but car talk always reminds of the old joke..

-What's the hight of mixed emotions?

-Watching your new car go over a cliff with your mother in law inside.
