I’m still getting my head around the digital season ticket.
I’ve booked tickets for the Mansfield game.
The email confirmation says it will be automatically added to my season card, but my digital season ticket in my wallet still says the Brighton game.

Do I trust Everton to not fudge it up and my ticket should work at the turnstile tomorrow night?

Same here mate. I was under the impression the ticket would change to Mansfield after the Brighton game but doesn’t seem to have happened yet.

One of my mates couldn’t go the Brighton game and was having all kinds of problems last week trying to transfer his ticket to his brother who had paid for the membership.
Said he spent best part of 5hrs trying to get through to them on the phone over a couple of days last week

Go into the Everton app, then download your season ticket again into your wallet.

When you reopen it it should have changed to Mansfield.

Once last season I got through straight away at 10 am ,said I was number 1 in the queue.
At 2 pm I was still number 1 in the queue

I'm in the same position. If it's automatically added to the ST ( as the email states ) I'm wondering if the ticket needs to show Mansfield specifically ? When we had plastic cards we just trusted the club to add cup games .

Go into the Everton app, then download your season ticket again into your wallet.

Looks that way currently.
Hopefully they can sort it out.

There’s a fix that has worked for some people.

Go into your expired passes and delete it from your phone.

Re-download from the original email you received with the season ticket link and re-add.

This worked for me and my 2 lads.

Just looked in the Everton app on Android and Mansfield popped up ,click to download to Google Wallet ,job done ,panic over

Perhaps this explains the little pockets of empty seats you could see. People not getting there tickets maybe?
