by the sounds of it you're stuck in a cycle of eating mad healthy and then eating shiite. THAT NEVER WORKS. Pick a few meals every week where you have your favourite foods and maybe a snack like crisps or a bar of chocolate and it'll keep you focused and stop you doing the inevitable binge which always comes at the end of the cycle.

Cut portion sizes by 20%
Deliberately chew food twice as long
drink at least 3 pints of water through the day
Eat vegetables with every meal/fruit at breakfast
Eat 2 pieces of fruit with lunch
Cut out alcohol and fizzy drinks
Don't drink caffeine/energy drinks.
