Without a shadow of a doubt I would have him here. He's temperamental and a real bad snide, but I'm confident he's a player home fans love.

That and he would be the archetypal target man we need up front who contributes goals and assist by the bag full. Will never happen though!

Slightly amusing if not perplexing though how Chelsea have allowed a star player stay out in Brazil or Spain and not return to the training ground.

According to sources he hasn't ventured to Cobham since May and even if you expected to sell him, surely you'd want him to be training?

Fitness? What if it falls through? All very strange and another element to the whole feeling of 'disharmony' coming from at Chelsea at the moment.

The difference between him and other snides like Suarez and Tevez, is that they never downed tools on the pitch when they wanted a move.
