I honestly think that his resignation will only have a detrimental effect on the gooners if Wenger goes with him. Dein is responsible, imo, for many of the ills in football today including being a leading light in the G14 set-up. Has he resigned that position as well, if not then the G14 will really show its true colours as they'll have a director with no involvement with a football club sitting on its board. I don't think there has been any love lost between this joker and Hill-Wood for many years and it is nice to see a board refuse to be tempted by the big buck. If they do sell then we'll be the only club in the top 5 that are still English

I knew he was high up in the G14 group but I was surprised to discover he was chairman. The Germans are demanding his resignation. As for him joining our board, thanks but no thanks, can't stand the man or what he stands for in the game, even Arsenal are better off without him.
