'tis right mate, I heard it from someone that is sauced up like a hot-dog in the family enclosure, they saw his arial threat as something that would go ace with their long throws but uefa atre thinking of changing the rules so you can be offside from a throw-in (confirmed by johnny h on twitter).

I wasn't saying it was a press campaign, just a media ploy to get a story out of nothing. They obviously knew that Arteta was on his way out of the club so they thought there was another story there somewhere about other key players leaving the club.
