The Rams hammered by the Hammers

5 bloody nil!!! In Derby for crying out loud!!! If there were any doubts about relegation candidate number 1, then they should be gone now.

What's worse is that it costs Derby fans £38 to watch that shower. My best mate is a Derby fan, and they don't care over there. There long term plan was to get into the Premiership in 3 years time, so they are ahead of schedule.

They go down, with some coin in their pocket, and then build again with the money they have earned. Quite clever really.

Well they didn't expect to get promoted, they weren't ready. Now they will earn from the Premiership, get the parachute money and then have a better side the next time they are in the Championship.

Seriously though, its all planned. Listen to Billy Davies talk, he more or less says that. We are on target for our development. He looks cool, even when they get battered.

Yeah but they are realistic. They know there players are not ready. They were building to come up in three years time. So its no wonder everyone is beating them.

If Derby uses the money to pay off their stadium debts, then with the extra cash and with the size of their ground and no debts, they could have enough money to field a prem team with a semi-decent payroll.

They did make a bid for Eddie Johnson, but he decided he'd rather to play for 2000-3000 people on the KC Wizards who are only at the match because they won free tickets on a radio call in show. Its probaly for the best at least at KC he won't hear any boos when he goes on his 3-4 month goal droughts.

Well, he is about to start in the Western Conferance play-off final against Tx Bill's Dynamo. See how he does.

The season we finished 4th showed what was possible with a pretty poor squad. You don't need world beaters to be well organised and hard to beat. Derby just look [Poor language removed].

Give Eddie Robinson and Ryan Cochrane credit for keeping Eddie Johnson in their pocket. They really didn't allow him to turn and run at them all night.

Oh dear, I guess the board decided to hell with the plan, because they sacked Billy Davies!!!!

I feel especially sorry for them as the (very good) goal disallowed against Chelsea may have changed that game..
