A guy who failed to articulate his point very well has already mentioned this in another thread.

But the derby tickets sold out today and I'm not sure how. I rang on Friday and was assured the allocation would drop. I had 7 aways (allocation required 8). Girl basically said that it had to drop as 2600 folks would not have 8 away credits.

So its pretty obvious they've given out corporates and freebies etc.

Which I guess is part and parcel, but why publish 2600 as the allocation when its clear that not all these tickets are actually 'available'.

So yeah, sour grapes and all that jazz...

Its a killer this one, i think maybe if they said we have 2000 (and that many went to those with credits) everyone would want to know why that is all we got. Last year i was stood next to a fella who was a sharholder, dont think he had been to an away game all season, i think those extra 200 might have prevented it from dropping, dunno, but every man and his dog wants to go now

Shareholders still need away credits to qualify. It isn't a case of if you're a shareholder you get tickets automatically.

Thanks guys - the Club more than any other at present is doing all it can to engage and assist supporters and promote positivity within the club, supporters and community, so there's probably little credibility in accusations of untoward behaviour by the Club.

Inevitably the better we perform the more difficult it becomes to obtain tickets, even for avid supporters with numerous away credits.
