Does anybody know roughly when they will go on sale or at least when information will come out. And also how many away credits would be needed for this game?

As a back up does anyone know if it would be possible to get tickets in the home end?

The ticket information usually comes on the site about a month before and then they go on sale around 3 and half or 3 weeks before. I reckon the info will be out in the next few days.

There have been 14 away games but by the time the tickets go on sale they might not include the Arsenal and Sunderland games as they won't have been played. I reckon you should be ok for one if you have a ST with 10 aways possibly 9 but I couldn't be sure.

Did it last season, never again. It's a horrible experience.

Haha, I brought a red mate to goodison this season the only reason im comtemplating going in the home end is to show I can stomach it to.

What was the worst bit, apart from losing 3-0

It's bad enough in the away end!
I was one of the lucky ones whose view was impaired.

Seriously though, there's nothing worse than seeing us get beat at Anfield. I've been going there the last few years, and every year after every Anfield derby I always swear never to go there again. Yet I always end up doing, because being there to see us actually win is one of those things on my bucket list.

Doesn't happen often like - just 6 times in the last 42 years: 1999, 1995, 1987, 1986, 1984, 1970.

As much as people slate Moyes for not winning at Anfield (and rightly so, to an extent), that's a terrible record that far predates his arrival.

Yeah but if you take away Moyes' tenure it was 6 times in 31 years, or a win every 5 years on average. So Moyes is massively under performing.

True, but Moyes tenure also coincided with our financial woes too. No coincidence that our last Anfield derby win was just before Kenwright took over.

The gap between our financial muscle and theirs has grown enormously in the last 14 years. They had Moores ploughing money into them, and then they've been taken over twice as well, and yet still maintaining a level of spending far beyond what we engage in.

Used to hate going to Anfield. If I couldn't get a ticket in our end my mate used to sort me one in the upper Centenary stand. Horrible, horrible place that doesn't get easier with time. Wouldn't be arsed if I never stepped foot in there ever again. Two games always stick in my head from the temple of doom. First one was around 94 when preky was with us, it was before we sussed that he was in fact sh*te, during that game he terrorised the RS defence. Dave Watson scored first. I was in the kop end with the usual Everton contingent and proceeded to go mad with everyone else but ended up getting smacked in the face by some angry [Poor language removed] with a private pile haircut who then threatened to cut me. So I moved, as you do when someone is offering to spill you're blood, only for them to score and for me to get covered head to toe in spittle, greenies in my hair(when I still had some) the full hit. I left that ****hole a broken man, literally.

The other game was the cup tie there in 2009. Short story, some loveable rogue threw a full bottle of volvic filled with stale piss which clipped the lads shoulder in front of me and showered me and my mate from head to waste. My mate had been indulging heavily the night before and vomited all over the floor. Bad, bad day at the office. I went the bogs and did my best but the damage was done and I simply left and went home. Bastards.
