He did a fantastic job in getting them there. Teams like this need to realise where they are in the scheme of things- they would be much better for it being relegated with the same manager who knows what the championship is all about rather than same new guy who needs time to settle in.

There really is no point. I remember they were like picked to finish like 18th in the Championship last year and he got them up and a 60m kittty to pay the board's debts. I'm guessing the most delisional Derby fan knew that the club was going down this year.
