So last year I was contemplating whether or not to make an acoustic album. Anyway, last seasons derby basically gave me my first lyrics.

This year the whole album is out but I thought I'd share this song. It's called "the ballad of red and blue" and it has all the anxiety and emptiness that seems to represent our feelings towards derby day, but with some hope, some god damn hope that it will end soon!

No one except this forum knows it's about the derby by the way. Hope you enjoy it.

P.s. I met my wife November 2010, surely this curse will be lifted soon.

I wrote a parody of Emilie Autumn's Fight Like A Girl called Fight Like A Blue. Considering the album it comes from is a concept album about a mental asylum, it kind of fits.
Loving the music and creative effort mate.

My song goes as follows.

“Boom boom boom boom, boom boom boom, boom boom boom boom”.

It’s entitled “the sound of Mo Salahs boot”.
Baldrick is a blue?

See also: "We had a Judas called Ross Barkley / A toffee who comes from Wavertree / He's only it in for the money / Now he's [bad word]ed off to Chelsea."
