Because its England its become an issue imo. David Brookes, Bournemouth FC, was called up for Wales youth, he rejected this to play for England U20s in the Toulon tournament. He then rejected England and was then called up for Wales, yet nothing is mentioned about it. If Rice and Brookes are playing for whom they feel attached then they have made the right decision imo.
